I was really fascinated by Bill O'Hanlon's seminar held in Tokyo last weekend.
He said after one of the demo-sessions that there is "something bigger than the two of us". That is, when he holds a session with a client, there is more than just the two people directly involved: there is something transpersonal or spiritual. And he says he tries to follow the "flow" of the something, rather than just to rely on his ego or his conscious mind. It is, of course, extremely difficult to define what this "something" is, but I feel it is crucial for hypnotherapists or counselors to keep looking for what it is that makes the change.
I'd like to thank everyone who made possible this wonderful seminar. It surely was an inspirational experience.
